The Recorder in the Garden

In a gated community in Aravaca, Ainhoa finds a recorder buried under the hedge that separates her garden from the neighbours'. There are hours of audio. Her husband comes home late, her daughter asks strange questions, and Ruth invites her for coffee as if nothing were wrong. What can be heard from a window — her own or the one across the way — rarely matches what one chooses to hear.
